A few days ago actually, but afterwords I remembered this thread and meant to post, but got sidetracked.
Tossing older stuff from the refridgerator for newer things after shopping I noted a covered bowl of cookie batter I made during the summer. One of the gals I offered a cookie to said she was allergic to chocolate so the next batch I made a bit before dropping in the chips for her. I never actually used it though but that was okay as I didn't see her the rest of the summer anyway. So this batter's been in there covered with foil ever since. While tossing other things I looked at it and though, "Thank goodness that's covered. No one telling what microcivilization's sprung up in there now."

Was thinking of mold or moss or episodes of South Park with the 'Sea People' thing
