Have you embraced your inner farmer and milked a cow?

I have never actually milked a cow. My uncle uised to do it, and whenever I went to his house he would only have unpasteurised milk to drink. I actually liked the different taste to it.

No I have not, but I did feel like a peasant when I thought that my absolute fav delicacy desert is made of the first milk from a cow after calving. Of course now I do think it is pretty rude to take this milk, it belongs to the calves. The desert is gorgeous though.
Also I love unpasteurised (warm) milk, used to drink lots of it as a kid. Yum.
