I've been waiting for the recipe so long that I've already lost 8 pounds. :x :P

Nene, do you that you are waiting too much? Wait to see the time you´ll have to waste in the kitchen making the ######6 "paella" lol!

I had a wonderful recipe that I called Kev's Pasta Special a few years ago. It included:

Pasta
Thai Lemon Grass
Basil
'Season-All'
Salmon

...yummy! I cooked it every Sunday morning and ate it after my long cycle (~30km).

Do you have any interesting recipes? I greatly admire chefs for what they do.

In Mexico they make this great filet of chicken. Dredge it in flour and then bread crumbs also use water if its not sticking or egg. Before doing that you should also take a malet and beat the hell out of it. Use your anger and show that chicken who´s teh MAN.

Then my friends wife makes this amazing salsa. I´m guessing it´s like maybe 5 green chiles(not the hot ones) then add some water until it isn´t too hot unless you like it hot. Add some chopped up onion garlic tomatoes too if you want.

Chop up some cilantro and lettuce a couple tomatoes and you have yourself a homestyle mexican chicken plate for youself. :)

Well, "paella" is quite unpredictable. It never results the same.
Can you get some olive oil in the USA?

Talents and skills are different. It's like school teachers who can teach little kids. That's a talent. Not everybody can deal with kids, and you can't teach just anyone to do it.
