Well, I see you dominate the topic. You´re a proffessional. Expencive shops and restaurants have safety videos, and I´m not gonna make do myself with a cheap fast food restaurant.

It is easy to steal things if you are intelligent. However - yes - you should not always go to the same place repeatedly. If you do, then your luck will run out and you WILL be caught.

Thank you Zahra - Receiving compliments is always a nice thing. The thing I need is 'change' - i.e. I need to move out of my parents' house. In fact, I will be moving out in two weeks to a city called Galway (It is in the West of Ireland). AFter that, I will then be moving to England. Anyway, you must not acept that you have AvPD and anxiety, okay? - Do not accept it. You must venture outsid of your protective shell/bubble. Please try.

I don´t know if you can understand me. I work everyday in my therapy. Simply, it´s that when I give a step forward, then I go backwards. I have repeatly change of humor. Up and down, up and down...Always the same. And it has always the same reason, my low self steem and the scare of facing to people. Yesterday, before going to the funfair, we meet Pablo´s boss in the street and I was so anxious that I thought "Coño, when is Pablo to close his mouth and we can go off?" he is very talkative and that makes me mad
