I'm not doing so hot with my thinking today because I've been up for a real long time, because of 2 teeth that need to be pulled by a dentist. They hurt and I have to call tomorrow to get an appt. so, I am in pain.I took some pain relievers. Doesn't work. It sucks. Plus I have the nicotine patch on. I fell off the wagon,so to speak and smoked 2 cigs so far. But today I was good,but I still want a cig. This sucks!! got to lay down and sleep now. Later
