I can't tell whether you're serious or simply joking. I kinda think it's the latter.

It seems this thread is about a wish. "If you could" fully acknowledges the fact you can't bring someone back, but many people have daydreamed about whom they'd bring back if they could.

If you look a bit deeper, you'll realise it isn't nonsense, it's simply a question about a wish.

To answer the original question, I would bring back my friend John. He still owes me 20 bucks!!

I would like to bring back that little girl Caylee in the news. She looks so pretty its a shame she had to die.

Okay, I should probably feel guilty now, because everyone is listing people/animals that they know, and I'm not going. i would bring John Lennon back, because he's my best friend. Now you all think I am crazy, but it's okay because I'm in the right place. I've read SO much about lennon, listen to his music all of the time, and I just love everything about him! We have so much in common that it's scary! I wish I could bring him back, so badly, so I could truly know him! Once, i told my therapist that I think of him as a best friend, or almost as me or something, and she said it's becase I don't really know him, therefore he is whatever I want him to be. I didn't tell her, but I got SOOOOO mad that I wanted to walk out RIGHT then! It still angers me! I don't care if she was right or not! I love John!
