Definitely overdid it today, there's a bump of swelling on my leg with a slight bruise. Not a bad sore though. More like a sleepy ache feeling. What is it you did that caused you to feel so?

An ice pack made it feel so much better. If it's just muscle then hotsocks are a lifesaver. Take a hot shower while a blanket heats up in the dryer machine. Dry off and curl up. Must be what heaven is like.

Not sure what to tell you about that one.. Except to rest up plenty, lol.

And it's a good sore. Makes me feel accomplished and doesn't hurt, it's annoying at worst.
