"Discard all irrelevancies."

Possibly the best song lyrics in English of all time. They changed my life too, although it has taken LONG. I actually met Genesis many years ago in a diner in Pittsburgh. At the time, I was engaged to The Most Beautiful Man Alive, and Genesis very clearly agreed

I met him in 1983 at the Limelight (long since closed) where he was performing with Psychic TV. He wouldn't let go of my hand the whole time we were talking, which was fine with me. I didn't wash that hand for days.
