What Time Is It?

Muffins take a while to bake. I usually put mine in at 350 for an hour at work. The guy that does my days off does 400 for 33 minutes. Doughnuts are what you need to worry about burning. They take next to no time to burn. You've got to be fast with your flipping, watch out, super fast!
