This is really off topic, but I would like to share 2 recipes.
Firstly, most people don't like spinach. When I was growing up, my mom made spinach for us and we loved it, couldn't get enough spinach! My Mom's trick was adding lemon juice to the spinach from a can. Drain the canned spinach, add salt and fresh lemon juice to the spinach. The lemon juice takes away the funny taste of spinach. In fact it makes spinach delicious!
Another good veggie dish is squash and tomato's . slice the squash and cut up fresh tomato's, chop a small onion, and sautee a pan with 2 tablespoons olive oil. sautee until the squash and tomato become tender. Forgot, add salt and pepper, also you can use onion salt in place of regular salt.
The onion salt add more flavor.
