Before that it was something that happened much closer to home, but that helped too.

The end of constipation—real constipation, I mean, not the verbal kind—another reason why I love hot oatmeal.

All weekend I've been moaning, "Dreariest season of the Wheel, CHEER UP, DAMMIT!" but things have been looking up. Today I saw a lawn bee and wondered what she was doing out at this time of year, and then I noticed clover blossoms! I doubt they'll last long, but this has been a welcome break from the cold.

neighbour mowed their lawn. The smell of freshly mowed lawns. I love it.

Spring may soon be here!

My aches were gone this morning, and my friends gave me some cute gifts.

Laughing at work with coworkers today over our past nursing experiences. Like my one time literally catching a dark-haired older man by his ankles as he tried to climb out the window to escape. Or, another time walking in to another patient's room (two men shared the room with two separate beds); and counting four feet in the first bed! I gasped, but the second bed had a very sweet man who was developmentally-disabled and had done nothing wrong, but laid down in the wrong bed...

I was happy this morning to see that someone had finally answered my riddle. If only I'd stayed online a little longer last night, I would have seen it then.

*Edit: Oh, I was online a little longer, apparently. Well, if only I'd kept reading the riddle thread a little longer last night, I would have seen it then.
