Ouch, terrible question to have to answer . I'd have to say yes, but only if there's no other way of testing whatever life-saving thing it is they're testing & only if the animal doesn't suffer any pain. Plus, if they have to die in the process, that it's done humanely/without pain. Now I'm just going to go dig a hole & bury myself in it for being such a horrible person

Not me! (been there/done that). I now feel strongly that eating lean meat is possibly even wise for some humans...
