help, 9 year old out of control

My 9 year old daughter was diagnosed a year and a half ago as bipolar, we switched dr and the new diagnosis is intermittant explosive disorder which really does describe her, she shows no remorse for the things she does and she even screams that we are beating her or burning her or other wise hurting her when she is in these rages, and we are no where near her. She threatens to tell the school we are doing things to her...we don't even spank her. She keeps having to miss school because of the early morning rages but this morning she was physically carried out the door and made to go, and of course when she got there it was all over and she was fine all day until she got home and then before she even got the car door open she was in the back seat screaming at me to stop hitting her...im terrified that children's services are going to get involved, i have never abused my children, she has been threw 2 very traumatic fires, one that she was actually inside the home of her grandparents when it was on fire and the other we lost our home, these issues started within a year of these happening. These episodes are making me very depressed and i dont' know what do do, i guess im just looking for a friend, for some advice.any tips or tricks to dealing with this sort of behavior, she is taking risperdal 3 times a day and it doesnt' seem to be working to well. thanks for letting me vent, thank you
