Pregnancy and insomnia

Does any know of a safe sleep aid to use during pregnancy? I'm currently taking trazodone for insomnia, but if there's something safer out there, please let me know.

I can't answer your question, but you might get some good advice from a Pharmacist. A Pharmacist spends a lot of years in college to get a lot of training and it is not just to put pills in a bottle. If you ask the Pharmacist your question, much of that knowledge can be put to use to help you, and that is why he or she invested all that time and money. Asking the Pharmacist a question with such complex considerations which can clearly help a mother and baby might just make her day.

There are some badly jaded people out there so the first one may not be helpful. Try another. It is cheaper than seeing the doctor.
