Any tips? My doctor says surgery isn't worth it as it isn't that bad (not apnea) but just irritating. Earplugs work but make her ears sore... Just getting on our nerves, I wake her, she wakes me. all night. Thanks

Let her try silicone earplugs, the ones used for swimming. My wife snores like a, well something that snores very loudly, and the dog as well.
I tried every version of earplug in existence. Silicone are the best. Smooth, not irritating. Only don't wear them too long at once since they don't breathe so your ear fills with sweat. Just the normal night.
There's only two things I hate in this world. People who are intolerant of other people's cultures and the Dutch.

Might be an off answer but i heard that playing the didgeridoo stops you from snoring. Maybe if your desperate you could try it
