Nights in a row. Tonight, I woke up after 4 hours. My doctor says I can take lunesta and restoril together but I'm afraid. Is
This ok? I've had this early awakening problem for 6 straight months. I have good nights about
Twice a week with or without meds. Lunesta,
Ambien, rozerem, melatonin, restoril, all work for a short time and then I'm back to this problem of waking up after 2-5 hours of sleep. I have a cpap machine for mild sleep apnea as well. Any thoughts?
