OK here goes. The last few years I have had no proper regular sleep routine. No biggie there, it's just how its affecting me. Im getting betwen two and four hours of sleep a night, generally. This can change however, after such things as three nights in a row being unable to sleep and thus heading to University like a zombie. Or taking something to help sleep only for it to kick in when you're wanting to go somewhere. So I'm pleading with all you fine folk to pass on any advice you think would be relevant. Is there any way to not be a zombie?
