take magnesium citrate 200mg with a cup of sleepytime tea before going to bed,

don´t eat too much sugar or drink soda pop,

also don´t drink coffee,

eat oatmeal in the afternoon with milk and a banana,

you´ll be fine in no time!

Shtp,

Thank you for your advice.
I spoke to my physician and she said getting up at the regular time helps a lot, so I am trying that.
I am trying to get up between 7-8 a.m.
This week so far, I woke up at that time on Tue. and Thu.
I can maintain this. I will try to wake up between 7-8 a.m. at least two days a week.

I prefer trying this method more than taking something in my mouth, but I appreciate you tried to help me.

He plays music really loud at night.

Fortunately, I am not living with him anymore.
I live with different landlords.
They are quiet between 11 pm-7 am.
They are loud in daytime, but as long as they are quiet at night. I am happy.

I feel very creative late at night and actually do my best work late in the evening. I have to push back my thoughts sometimes or just jot down a few points to continue with in the morning. The thing is, I have no interest in the morning!

Psyquest,
Oh, I found my fellow here. Yes, many thoughts come up and I feel bad to push them back.

You lose your interest in the morning, eh? I wonder why...
I think at night I feel my lower unconsciousness is telling me to do things.
I think in morning I feel my lower unconsciousness stop telling me to do things.

The only way I can supress this creative flow is to take sleeping pills. I take them every night. In the morning it takes me a while to get going. I need a good hour or more to just get my coffee, have breakfast and most of all.. relax.

I found that this syndrome describes me too.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delayed_sl ... e_syndrome
