For the first time really ever. I have had difficulty falling asleep in the past and am actually known to sleep for longer periods of time then most people. I'm suffering a major depressive episode. Clearly, it's due to a huge amount of stress. Hopefully, typing this out will make me more tired than I already am. I just have so many different thoughts on my mind right now. I just can not sleep. I'll be reading the other posts on insomnia after I type all this out... I really wish I could sleep.

Oh yeah.. just to mention. I went to my therapist today. I also drank some coffee while I was there and have been smoking quite a few cigs. This probably doesn't seem that major to a lot of people who have suffered more from insomnia than I have. I haven't really eaten anything today either. I feel like I'm slowly fading away. I've been up for 28 hours and counting.

Just kind of an update.. I fell asleep at about 10 last night- after about 32 hours of being awake. I broke down and took some Nyquil. I still feel tired after almost 10 hours of sleep..
