I wonder if you experience the same. I have a bad sleeping habit and I can't get to sleep at night. I always wake up in the middle of the night. I do not know if I have insomnia. Please help.

well I did try these and it worked for me....
Try it too and let me know what will work for you...
I take a hot bath of 15-20 minutes with a nice perfume candle to relax mind and body !
I drink a camomilla infusion 1 hour before i want to sleep...
I stop watching TV 2 hours before sleep time ( for example if I want to sleep at midnight so I stop watching TV at 22h because the rayons is very bad for the body and mental ! Did you know that ?
I listen to zen and piano you can find on Youtube ! Type sleeping music - relaxation and sleep etc...
Go for a walk 30 minutes get some fresh air if you can !
And Massage your feet it s very efficient ! It calms and relax your body and mind too !
Ok try some of these tips and tell me what helps you ! ok ?
Have a great day...

Hi! struggling to fall asleep is frustrating as it gets! Have you tried integrating exercise into your daily/weekly schedule? Try meditating before bedtime or doing short breathing exercises which can help a lot. If you keep suffering from this issue, I suggest visiting your doctor or maybe trying CBT for Insomnia.

Try swaying to a nice slow song, and breathing slowly, or find someone to slowly touch your back.

I have experienced the same thing sometime last year! I think it was due to stress. I was used to going to bed with a very hyper mind. I kept on thinking about work and my 'to-do' list the next day. It felt that my mind was on a roll and it kept me from sleeping. So I decided to try to relax my mind before I go to bed by having a long bath and a cup of tea. Luckily, it worked! With this routine, I am now able to sleep easily at night. Hope this helps!

I go through periods where I will be awake for over 24 hours. It is a nightmare.
My mind is filled with different thoughts, memories etc. I talked to my Dr and all they offered is to go to bed and get up at 7 AM. Keep doing it until I have a sleep pattern.

You need 1-2 nights where you push yourself to stay up as long as possible... if you wake up at 3pm you push yourself to stay up till 9 or 10am... 2nd nite you push yourself again till you get your hours straightened out.
