Absolutely cannot fall asleep

Postby Jev » Sun Jan 12, 2014 3:35 pm

Hi, about a week ago I began to have a constant feeling in the front of my head. The feeling is like a migraine without the pain. After a few days of carelessly getting poor sleep, I ended up not being able to sleep at all in the past couple days now.

I went to the ER yesterday and had my blood work done, and it turned out normal. There was nothing they could do about the feeling in my head. There is nothing I can do but wait until tomorrow to get a referral for a sleep clinic. Another sleepless night ahead of me!

Do any of you get the same feeling in your head as I described?

I've been having trouble sleeping the past few nights as well. I believe the pain in your head is related to lack of sleep. I've been having sun dots (is that what there called?) in my vision for about 2 weeks. On top of this I've head constant (yet fairly mild) headaches. I believe I'm getting back on the right track and that my sleep schedule was just thrown off. Best of luck.

Is it like a buzzing feeling in your brain? I get this when I don't sleep I think it's common with sleep deprivation
