Nothing to do, so I sleep

Postby BrokenGirl » Mon Apr 09, 2012 4:56 pm

I have no friends or anyone to talk to or be with. I don't have a job and I can't leave my house due to fear. I can't talk to my parents because they've abandoned me. I just sleep to pass the time and it's got so much that now I can't control my sleeping because it's just become routine. Anyone have any tips?

i used to sleep to escape having to be awake, and also to escape boredom, but be unable to do anything in reality to relieve it because i was avoiding doing things at the time.

if you have a routine, is there anything you can do to change your situation to break that routine?
