are histrionics empty inside and need of a vacation on a island all to themselves to compete for attention and manipulate eachother, one histrionic with another all on one island, kind of like a retreat , island of dr moreau lol

I sometimes wonder this myself. Normal people have free will, but a HPD is just like a program that reacts to it's environment and whatever situation it is in. If you have enough knowledge on them you can tell with almost complete certainty how they are going to react when you do something or what they are thinking or trying to do.
HPD's thought processes are so different to a normal person's that they are like a whole different being.

If histrionics are empty alien robots then you are too.
This thread is not useful. People are people. We have hopes and fears and dreams. We try to make our way in the world as best we can. All of us get screwed up in some way by our childhoods, and all of us try to give our children a better upbringing than our own. Just because some people got screwed up worse, or in a particular way that makes them toxic in intimate relationships, doesn't make them inhuman.
