HPDs and court

I read a great article on the net about trying to fight a HPD in court.

You cant...this article talk about how good HPDS are at acting and can sway the best judges. They have known cases were HPDS took down
the best character witness.

I didnt save the article but it was chilling how good they are at getting exactly what they want. It basically said you will loose 95% of the time.

Does anyone wonder about that little girl kalley that is missing...if the mother is HPD??

About Kaley's mother being HPD - Yes! I live in Florida, and they have it on the news often.

My sister said that they interviewed some of her friends from school and they said she was a drama queen, always wanting to be the center of attention, lied and then when caught out, she would blame it on someone or something else. She was always making up stories to garner attention.

I am here to say that you can't beat them in court. I just lost a hearing trying to overturn a PPO my HPD took out on me. The judge was taken in by her lies, emotions and "poor me" statements. I hope this is the end of my involvement with her and her dysfunctional husband, tho my therapist says they will likely surface again. My mantra is NO CONTACT.
