is it possibleto have aspd and hpd i was reading about a subtype of aspd called risk taking which is aspd with hpd features.

Hello and welcome!
We no longer have an AsPD forum- this thread would need to be centered around the HPD aspect of anything, but a casual search I noticed seems to indicate at least some professionals think there's a relationship between AsPD and HPD. I can't read the article itself, but I found a paper on PubMed that tried to explore whether HPD was basically, from what I got out of the summary, a female variant of AsPD- both of them being gender-specific symptoms of psychopathy. The summary stated the results were weak and inconsistent as to whether that's a valid theory. Meh.
I read elsewhere that comorbid disorders of HPD can include AsPD, NPD, and BPD. Save perhaps some Borderline tendencies on my part, and the occasional weird results I get on Dark Triad tests, I can't say that I really delve into the personality disorders and haven't done a lot of reading on them, as I don't seem to myself be a strong candidate for having a PD. I'm more of an anxiety/depression kinda guy, ha.
Maybe someone else has some better info on this. But again, in this thread we'd need to concentrate on HPD, with AsPD being in the periphery as a comorbid possibility.
