Hi Kaly
welcome to the HPD forum.
The standard psychotherapy for BPD is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, for HPD it's Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I've further heard that one should look for a therapist who actually focuses on behavioral changes; without changing behavior DBT merely becomes dialectical therapy and CBT becomes cognitive therapy, which is like studying change but not doing it.
Buddhist paradigms like mindfullness also help.
SRI re-uptake inhibitors and other anti-depressants can help with depression but of course see a psychiatrist first. Ideally, if you can, find a therapist and paychiatrist in one person.
This forum is primarily informational and supportive, within those boundaries it's ok to discuss professionally rendered diagnoses and therapy.
So all good health to you, feel at home, and you can jump in on any topic, or start one yourself...
Be tolerant of others, but true to yourself. In supporting you, I try to offer common sense. PM me if you need to.
