How to Keep Her Strong

ill make this as short as i can. but there is so much more to add if you have any questions. my sister her b/f and 6 yr old child lives with my mom,ever since the baby was born. sister never worked, and the father used to off & on. he hasnt work in a while and just got caught for child support for 3 to 4 other kids he has. he is collecting unemployment and paying child support he owes alot of money anyways he is making this house hold miserable. i live up stairs from my mom they live downstairs.they fight allll the time my sister has a mental problem at that. narrsism and anger issues well mom wont kick them out beciuse of the 6 yr old. knowing that she wouldnt get the proper care. and of knowing how they constantly argue and fight. none of them working. this guy wont even buy a roll of toilet paper. he sais my mom is the one who should . he never paid rent to her. well anyways theres more like i said but im just tring to give u a idea. well cops say we cant kick him out we have to evict him but its a long process but mom wants to move out of this house anyways. so she is just gonna move. and the cops say if we move that we dont have to take him with us. but i am here today for this.. MY MOM IS VERY CLOSE TO THE 6 YR OLD, SHE IS DEATHLY AFRADE TO MOVE. KNOWING THAT THE 6 YR OLD WOULD WONDER WHY HER GRANMOTHER IS LEAVING HER. YES MY MOM WOULD TAKE HER WITH US BUT MY SISTER WONT LET US. ANYWAYS I TOLD MY MOM ONCE WE MOVE THE DIANE ( SISTER) WILL EITHER END UP DROPPING THE 6 YR OLD OFF SAYING WERE NOT GONNA MAKE HER LIVE WITH NO WHERE TO GO. OR EITHER SHE WILL FINALLY LEAVE THIS JERK AND REALIZE SHE NEEDS US MORE THEN HIM. HE DOENT DO ANYTHING FOR HER, its my mom who provides for them all. well how do i keep my mom convinced that we should move and that my sister will end up moving in with us a few days after were gone or that she will end up dropping my neice off with us. mom keeps telling me she would know how she`d feel if her grandmother left her, how she would feel. and she doesnt want my neice to feel like that
