Hey guys,
I personally use to be a Mountain Dew addict (now clean. haha) But I would drink a 2 litter a day. It would keep my energy going and I felt invincible. I kept noticing, by mid day I would begin to crash, and feel sick to my stomach. Also suffering from migraines, it always triggered a migraine. It was ruining my days, and I kept having to go home from work or take a nap to get rid of the weakness and pain I was feeling. After years of this, I finally decided to cut the habit and now I drink about a 2 litter of Pink lemonade a day. I feel so much more attentive and the "get up and go" feeling, all day long. It really does make a difference, but it takes your body some getting use to coming down off the caffeine craze.
