I'm not sure where this post should be located exactly but we don't really provide information on how to lose weight by conventional means; and we certainly don't promote losing weight by non-conventional means. Has a dfoctor told you that you must lose weight or is this just of your own accord?
In my experience, the best way to lose weight is to eat regularly each day and exercise at least three times per week. If you join a gym, start by doing short jogs and you will eventually be able to run for longer periods. You should also incorporate weight-training as building muscle increases your basal ('resting') metabolism. What this means is that if you have more muscle, you will be burning more calories than you would without the muscle there, even when sitting down doing nothing.
