Can't stop worrying!

My parents had their house sprayed for bugs. It's eating me up inside. I have NO idea if I'm safe or if my cat's safe after a week of the spray being around. I don't want to, like, die or get sick if I've somehow gotten the poison in my system. I asked my friends, they said I was safe. My therapist didn't think it was a problem. I even tried contacting Raid's helpline, but that was zero help because I can't call them since, if my mom comes home, she'll nag me for worrying about it. I don't even know if Raid was used =/. I'm just so sick of worrying about ingesting the poison somehow.

Can anyone help me? It's been a week =(.

You should be fine. The amount of chemicals that it takes to kill bugs is tiny, compared to what it would take to harm people or animals.

If these things were known to harm people and animals they wouldn't be getting sold.
