I really hate these animals. The dog is just annoying and really needy, and the stupid cat keeps crapping and pissing outside of its stupid litterbox! And the stupid birds make so much mess in the room, and the hamsters are constantly making noise on their wheel. I hate all her stupid animals, and I really really want to get rid of them, but I don't think she'd like that. What should I do?
No. I would not appreciate that at all. While my animals are awfully needy, I have had them forever, and they are going nowhere. I can't help it if you don't like taking care of them, I do my best.
What are we supposed to do? I wish these animals would just go away!
What the real question here is, how do we compromise? There are bound to be more situations like this, what should we do to make everyone happy with it?

For us we have the deal that if some persons want something that requires maintenance and others don't - within reason, the ones who want it will have to stand for the maintenance. For things like pets that would mean that they don't have to feed/clean/cuddle etc the pets - unless there are circumstances that makes it necessary (like if someone is stuck out for a whole day or an emergency happens or something like that). Might not work for you, but that's what we do anyway..
