Hi all

Hi everyone,

Thought I'd pop in and say hello =) I don't post here much anymore mainly because I have been really throwing myself into my own healing (with a new, more specialised therapist) so all my time goes on my blog really as all my processing is based there.

With the help of the new therapist this system is having a complete re-organisation and so far it has helped immensely. It came to light that before, the one who you all knew as Bourbon, was a mix of a young'un and an old'un. We have split her up now so that Little Bourbon and Older Bourbon are more separate leading to a much more functioning host. The very deep depression that we fell into this summer appears to have lifted following this and my relationship with my partner is also a lot better as we now are able to have more of an adult relationship.

we weren't suposed to reply tonight cuz we just got back from camping so we were only suposed to skim stuff to save and reply to tommorrow but i saw this and snuck in to reply anyway! HI BOURBON!!!! Hey Bourbon! It's nice to hear from you! I've been trying to follow your blog lately, but I'm so horrible at figuring out blog layouts and stuff. That, and it can get overwhelming quickly because everyone wants to read everything at once. But I'll continue trying! Glad you've been spending time on yourself and that you've been doing well!
