Is there anyone who experiences dizziness when 'switching'? When I am 'back', I sometimes have this bad dizzy spells.

Yes, on a constant basis. From mild to pretty bad.

What about deja-vus? Does any of you guys have them in connection to switching or some other alter activity in the system? Sometimes I can't tell a deja-vu from dizziness. I wonder if it has something to do with "emotional switching" or something like this.

I have an alter who shares my name, but I call her whirlwind because I get soo discombobulated when she's forward. It's like someone stuck a spoon in my head and swirled it around.

So yes, I do get dizziness, also I experience different types of dizziness, there is a spinning(like vestibular/swirling), then a swishing or pulling inside where I feel like I may black out, or dizzy-disoriented type feeling.

What about deja-vus?
I used to get alot of deja-vu growing up, or when slightly dissociated. Deja-vu for me, is a clue that I may have done something already and forgotten about it. So I know to look inside for the lost memories or talk to the others inside, and check did I really do x, y, z or merely thought about it.

Yeah, I get that deja-vu thing a lot. Often times it'll be when my family/friends and I are conversing about an event in the past, and I don't remember it, and then when I think about it I have a flash of memory, as if there is a memory there, but I can't read/understand it. So the memory is there, but I didn't necessarily experience it, but I can tell one of us did. Dizziness sometimes, and sometimes seemingly random periods of fatigue.

dizziness and headaches.
I used to eat tons of analgetics before. Now it's just a light ache because I know what it means and don't oppose alters change.

I get a headache if someone forces their way out, or if someone switches out unexpectedly.

I used to get headaches more often - pretty much everyday, but things have gotten a lot better over the years.

I used to get deja vu pretty much everyday. I get it occasionally, like when I was visiting a friend, and when that happens I tend to get pretty confused overall.

Yes, exactly like Borg described. Swishing, spinning, feeling like I am going to blackout, headaches, and totally disencombulated. That's exactly how I feel
