Daily how are you?

I know what you mean Borg. It just just becoming apparent to me how active we all are so much of the time and how triggers are coming at us left, right and centre and I may not know why they are triggers but they are to someone and ... it's relentless. Did you find a good therapist to work with or are you still managing this all by yourselves? - B

I've been having that problem a bit too. Whether it's a thought or something else there's nearly always a trigger around. It's distressing and oh so very frustrating.
