Some of you may have seen my past post about doing a test to record my dayly life to try to spot triggers and tells of a switch.

I found that select activitys corse a switch on 4 ocations house work corsed a switch to Sara on this switch i noticed that my left hand twitches for around 3-5 seconds.
Music seems to be a huge trigger on one of the test days i left my music on a timer i found that Paige was out almost every time also there was a different tell my head tilts slightly and what looks like a shiver across the shoulders and neck.

That is a summery of the results please feel free to ask anything about the testand or habbits of myself or alters it may help thanks

I'd like to learn more about this test you're doing. Does it help you figure out what your triggers are? If so, could you PM me or explain on here exactly how to do that? I'm struggiling with finding out my triggers, and if I could figure them out it would be greatly appreciated.

Ok well the test was basically to capture video of my day to day life to try to see what triggers me and if there is a visual tell of a switch so i set up 28 web cams in my house and recorded for 24 hours and repeated that 4times untill i saw consistant tells of switching as well as patterns in switches and that gave me a good idea of some of my triggers i found the seem to be phical and audio mainly.

Thank you for sharing this. I'm going to try an experiment as well & create a fav file with dif vids that I think will hit on different emotions (feeling states/alters) & use my vid cam to capture any switching as I view them. This will prbably aid in the difficult task of mapping my system.

Darn. My web cam doesn't work and I don't have cameras or else I'd try to do the same thing.

Wow that is a pretty intense test to do Kadssdak! 28 cameras! Did the others know you were going to do this? Did you find it helped you in any way to manage your life better once you could see some of the things that triggered the others out?

Yes the others did know about it but didnt know were all the cams were. Paige left a list of times and dates of when she came out and were she was also if any music or any sound was going at the time .
I have an appointment with my T on the first ai plan to show her my results as she didnt think it would help
