Injuries affecting only some alter(s)

Has anybody had any injuries that only affect one alter?

Like me, I "broke" (I don't know the right word for it) my spine and it only affects ███. Also, Poison (What a ████████ name) gets digestion problems when he's out (so bad he can't eat at all)
