It's also possible that she's been r*ped inside or something like that.

I think that yes, alters can lie, but at least with our experience, our alters have never lied about something like that. They've lied about minor things, but when it comes to traumatic experiences, although it is of necessity subjective, it's the truth as they see it. So we believe them.

And we also think your therapist is way out of line to tell you it's part of your "fantasy world," wtf? People deny traumatic experiences because they don't want to believe they happened, it doesn't make them "fantasy." :-?

As an alter myself, I admit that I have lied. :( I don't usually but I have when I felt that I needed to. Most of the time I end up telling the truth in the end but that's just me. We have another alter that I would bet $100 would lie just to lie.

However, your alter may not be lying. It may or may not have happened but in the end, she believes that it did and therefore she should be listened to and taken seriously.

Raped inside?
I'm sorry I'm a little confused by that.

Thank you. I'm still trying to get used to all of this. I think I feel like I'm in denial. lol.

I can't answer for Eisa so maybe she can clarify, but I think she is talking about how sometimes introjects can hurt littles. An inner world thing. So it may have really happened to her but it happened in the inner world.

^Yep, that is what I meant. We haven't had it happen so far, but we do have someone who will make our littles relive their memories. :-?

But yeah, it is also possible that nothing happened in the "real world," so to speak, but that something happened in the internal world.
