Help?

For the past week, my alters have been trying to take and keep control an that makes me very sick (physically and mentally). I feel dizzy and like I'm burning from the inside. I also have headaches and I can't focus at all

They're fighting because one of my alters (the only one I am co-con with constantlu) as become great at controlling my left arm and she can talk directly to me in a comprehensible manner (which only one other knew how to do

How do you know what they really want, if you don't have good communication with them yet?

Thought I'd pass on a suggestion I got from this forum regarding headaches - as soon as you feel one coming on, try your hardest to relax, try not to fight and tell whomever is coming forward that the headache is not necessary. I'm have some success with in, the headaches really suck so I'm willing to try anything.

It's not that. I'm co-con with Eve on a permanent basis. Even if I don't care who comes on, she will react. And she can talk to me but the other way around is not true
