SPOILER WARNING:
Well, the main character has a 'good girl' personality, and a 'bad girl' personality, perhaps even an additional black swan personality. She sees her 'bad girl' part as the other ballerina who is her main competitor and confuses the two. Like after she comes home from the nightclub, she in fact has sex with her alter, not the other girl, and at the end of the movie she thinks she stabs the other girl, but in fact she stabs herself. She also sees the other girl having sex with their boss after a late night rehearsal, but that also could be interpreted that she was watching herself from the outside in a state of dissociation since there is sexual tension and touching between them already.

Just looked at the list to see if the ER episode Jigsaw was on there because at the time it was screened here I remember being really touched by Morris's gently sitting with the patient at the end. But Wikipedia just says it's showing stereotypical DID. Ho hu. It must have met a need in me at the time when my inner dynamics had very little gentleness to them, we did not know how to be gentle with each other.
14 years in therapy with two therapists. Two main personalities dominate apart from my front person. They are both children (infant and teen). Other adults I know less well because they are less demanding of my attention.

I forgot one great movie that doesn't directly deal with D.I.D. but it can be viewed in that frame of reference, it's called The Fall.
edit. actually I remembered it, not forgot

Identity is one; it's a thriller, so lots of blood and death. However, the movie as a whole portrays DID and integration very negatively
