Switchiness & Manic Behavior

I've been incredibly switchy lately, and any chance I have of letting them (Mainly TK and C) come out, they get us all extremely hyper and jumpy, sometimes horny too. What can I do to let them out front without them getting all hopped up? Thanks!

I'd guess they need to blow off steam. I would do something very physical that requires full attention. Is there a local climbing wall where you guys could take a class and climb on belay? Or mountain bike trails? Or recreational ice hockey or water polo? Or a martial arts school?

Ok, I can try that. We just got a treadmill... a year ago... so might as well try that.

As for TK's growling/snarling & C's horndoggedness when overexcited, you think this will cure that, too?

A treadmill requires no focus, so I wouldn't expect it to help. If they are at all like my insiders your guys are full of emotional, mental energy as well as physical. That energy, far more than the physical energy, is what needs to be expended in a socially acceptable manner. Challenging physical activity goes a long way to relieving my arousal.
