Different symptoms in different mental states?

Postby walden » Thu Nov 24, 2011 3:05 pm

I've been noticing some patterns in what i experience. These states usually change day to day, and last about a day.

The first state is when i have lots of communication amongst the others. For example: ill start a thought, another will interject and change the direction of the thought, another will throw an opinion out that another one will argue about, and ill say in my mind "alright, one at a time ok?" the obviousness of the origin of those thoughts (an alter ego) is becoming increasingly clear. I often lose track of which one is me in my mind. What does that mean?

The other state is the complete opposite. These are the days i have the most time loss..seems a bit counter-intuitive to me. its never more than an hour or so at the moment. These days, i wake up and feel complete control of what is being thought. It all feels like its coming from me. There are periods when i know there is someting going on in the background, but i have no idea what it is and how to access it. it feels completely blocked off. The problem with these days is that i dont feel imaginative or talkative at all! It is a big challenge to have a good conversation.

Can anyone relate to this?
