Likewise! =D I think Wraith just had a couple of other alters "mixed into" her.

That has happened before; alters try to "hide away in" another alter. It's not integrating, it's more like... I dunno. They are trying to separate themselves that much more from reality and it always causes the part subjected to it massive problems. That, and she just had massive troubles of her own that she had to get some help processing.

and... Like I said. I never thought to let her show things that way, after I realized the other parts were actually "real", I don't think I was able to let her just be "not real" like she needs to feel in order to feel safe, in order to process.

Hmm. ~Contemplates~ I might not write yourself in. Pick an internal helper who'd be well suited and trustworthy to see if they can work their way in. :) Because if you're too "real", your muse might have trouble accepting you into its world.

And yep yep. We go into a "trance" to write as well. Or else go into a trance, "live it out", then replay it and write it out in words.

I'd love to show you some of my writing if you'd like to read it, though I'll have to move farther along with this story first. xD I can't seem to return to my old worlds; they're closed to me, but I have one that is open for life within. Now that her depiction of my mother has been validated, she doesn't feel like she has to try so hard to "hide" what she's really talking about, so to speak, as long as we give her the go-ahead and don't analyze it. OH! Other parts have to be willing to become part of it and submit to whatever she puts them through without freaking out or being afraid because it's not real and she wouldn't actually hurt them, she just has a tendency to... pull out crap and make them deal with what they have trouble dealing with directly.

It was weird, she restarted recently as I said. o.o; The creepy one even used the body and spoke, granted, VERY softly outloud, but yeah.

When it was done there was for the first time I can remember, a very loud internal auditory chattering as everybody kind of discussed the show. Everybody really enjoyed it, actually. =D It was like an improv play where Wraith pulled in who she needed and played out what she needed done.
I'd prefer to simply not worry about identities.
We're each me, yet not each other. We work together and share information; we're quite co-conscious.

The "three sections/three gatekeepers" theory is holding.
Don't listen too closely to Ned. He thinks too hard. [OCD]
He tends to see only what he expects to see.
