Feeling possessed these past 2 days

Has anyone else felt this? Having some (more) strange little things happening to me. I was watching an episode of "deadwood" yesterday when I felt something moving around in my head. That show can get pretty gritty at times, and the episode I watched was very gritty. I started to hear a voice saying "I don't like this!". More shifting in my head, more talking...Then my head jerked back and I spoke out "I don't like this!" I couldn't help it at all, it definitely wasn't me, and it was very startling! This happened once before when I was about 18..I was looking in the mirror when "I hate you" was blurted from my mouth. Again, it totally caught me by surprise. Whats happening here?! Could this be an extension of muscle twitches I experience when I hear about or think about bad things?? This has happened once again since last night.

It sounds like someone in your system is just very close to the front with you and stating feelings and opinions. Happens to us frequently throughout the day. It used to startle me but now I'm so used to it that I don't really notice unless someone asks why I'm answering my own questions, laughing funny, using an accent or my tone drops or raises a few octaves.

Interesting. As far as I can tell, I haven't had any memory lapses lately. I wonder if these episodes substitute for memory lapses?

P.S. Awful head-rushes and pounding in my ears too! Can anyone relate??

I get the terrible head rushes and pounding in my ears too! I didn't know that was DID related. At the moment I have a massive head rush and it feels like my eyes are popping out of my head ughhh. Victoria has been out and I think that's her painful signature.
