*Urgent Question* An Alter tried to kill me..

After a fight where I was very upset, I was crying and then in the next moment swallowing a lot of something hard (the point past choking.. it's already going down) and looked down into my hand to find a lot of pills. I had taken I'm not sure of, but I'm guessing around ten, by the number of what was left, of my huge Naproxen pills (500 mg each) and an unknown amount of Synthroid. Luckily I was out of Ambien already. I ended up throwing up, but felt horrible understandably. I'm just becoming familiar with some of my alters.. how am I supposed to stop this from happening? If I'd come back in 5 minutes to a half hour after that, who knows.. I could be dead. I am seeing my (newish) therapist in a half hour. Should I tell him? I don't want to be locked up right now- honestly, I seriously will end up putting my family out on the street if they lock me away for a while. I want his input but not to be transported to a facility for an unknown (easily a week or two if not more from my experience) amount of time. This site was not working for me up to now, or I would have asked sooner. Thanks in advance.

You could always ask your therapist about it as not if it had happened but as if it may happen, if you understand what i mean. Sorry if its confusing but i tried my best to explain it, I'm not the best alter for explaining things.

Hello there raene, So how did your session go?

Hello. raene isn't here right now. Shes ok with me talking on this board but she got a little pissed when I went to a board more about her bf so Ill tred lightly. Her therapist is cool. he wont put her in the hospital unles SHE herself needs to go. it took a team effort but we put jeremy away. Honestly I am sick of his psychotic bull. I hate drama and Im no mediater but I do take charge when noone else can or will. We were scared he would kill us all so we took him down and put him where he wont get out till he wants to stop trying to burn cut or overdose to get rid of everyone. Ill let Patsy talk to him at some point and try to reason with him but if she cant he stays where he is.

Sorry to answer your q I wasnt at the session but Anne was lisening and she told me what went down.
