I'm not mad at all. Everyone has different levels of sensitivity with triggering topics

You should mention it, if you see something that might need a trigger warning.

Distract yourself from the memories before they can begin getting thought about for too long, to the point where the thoughts can't leave. Trying to read a book which is so good it intrances you, may help for that so may drawing, or in your mind imagining you are in an amazing, relaxing atmosphere. Talking about it and writing about it I think may be able to help, also.
