Chris is a good friend and I'm sure he knows that you didn't mean to cause all this upset.
You were just really hurting inside and you wanted to help.
Sometimes when we're younger we don't always know the best ways to do it.
Try acting out your feeling while playing with toys, or even drawing how you feel,
or shaping it out of playdough

You can give your hurt a shape with playdough and then mold it into something you like or pound it into
a funny flat thing.
You're not bad hunny, you just did what you thought would help.
Helping yourself doesn't have to hurt and it doesn't have to hurt the others.
You can help get out your frustration by playing, or talking, or creating things.
