Start with the easiest part: Their names. Don't worry about their function, age, description, whatever yet. Just collect all their names, regardless of any kind of order. Then go back and in fill in the blanks for each one. Oh, and welcome to the forum!

Thank You for your suggestions. I appreciate your help, it reduces the overwhelming feeling of what to do and how to do it. It also helpls to know that I am not alone in this world when it comes down to being D.I.D. And that their are others to talk to about this diagnosis. It has taken me quite a while to get to this point in my therapy. So I am going to take it nice and slow. And also follow my therapists suggestions. Thank You
