Hi Emma!
First of all, she needs to see a therapist. A therapist will be able to help her make sense of all the chaos, and if she does have DID to work out some kind of agreement between the alters. Perhaps the two of you can see the therapist together and talk about how her dissociation is affecting your relationship. However, unless she wants you with her the first time, you should wait until she's had time to get to know the therapist for a joint visit.
What she needs right now is to work through all of the other alters and get to some level of peace an cooperation. As confusing as this is for you, it must be extremely stressful and chaotic for her.

Definitely get the poor girl help, man! Sounds like a real mess in there. Make sure this therapist specializes in dissociative disorders or things could get worse for her. Definitely keep in contact with her, but don't go full white knight in shining armor just yet, just make sure she knows you're there for her
Good luck, keep us posted. Also she's more than welcome here in our humble little forum.
