Guess where we were these past 4 days?! ORLANDO, FLORIDA! WOOO! No we didn't go to Disney, sorry, we don't have littles, we're not doing baby nonsense. :P

It was awesome though! Warm weather, beer, Universal Studios, good times! :D I got a Spider-Man shot glass! And discovered D hates flying, ha ha ha! He's old, modern technology freaks him out.

D: I just don't understand how a few hundred tons of steel can just lift itself off the ground and sail through the air. It's bizarre, and the worst possible place to be if something breaks.

Ha ha ha, yeahhhh, funnnn times.

I think about that too when I am flying! How the heck am I staying up here?! I know! Then it's like what if you fall? You fall ALL the way down there LOL. But it's still a lot of fun and I'm really not afraid of flying. I'm glad you had a great time, y'all!

I would love to be free of the "steel hippo" and skydive. I have never done it before. I could land right in the middle of Disneyworld, on top of the Epcot Center. :D

I'm scared shitless of heights, no skydiving for me!

And thank you Natt, and Benny. As for Universal Studios, they have two parks, next to each other. Islands of Adventure, which is like different sections combined to form one park, and THEY HAVE JURASSIC PARK! It has the giant gate, with the name, and the torches, and everything! And its all jungle-ish, and random dinosaur things propped up, and the workers wear the tan uniforms with the logo patched on their shirts like the employees in the movie! So badass! I want one of those uniforms! And then the other park, the original park, has stuff like the Jaws ride, and E.T., and the Mummy ride! And for those who remember Earthquake, they have this new thing called Disaster Studios, which has two parts, the second part is the original Earthquake ride merged with the building of the new ride.

D: And see, Mike, I'm not the only one! I'm not afraid of flying, I just really don't like it. Its just an uncomfortable thought that I have no way of controlling the situation should something go wrong. That, and, yes, I'm ancient, and new technology frightens me as much as it amazes me. Big woop. :D Benny's an old gal (a child compared to me, but you get the idea), I'm sure she knows where I am coming from!

I'm with you, D. It makes no sense and having one's feet that ######6 high off the ground isn't right. (Says the person who gets vertigo going up stairs. )

We live in Florida but have never been to Universal. We went to MGM when it first opened, but they hardly had anything at the time. The kids have been nagging me to go to Disney but when they come up with the gas money for an 8 hour drive both ways, food, and a hotel... we'll go.

My soul, like some heat-maddened summer fly,
Keeps buzzing at the sill. Which I is I?"

Gotta love theme parks! I'm a coaster enthusiast! Although I have only been to Disney World once... Oh well I like the park in Chicago!
