From what you have posted in the past, (and as far as a random internet person can tell), you have described experiences that sound like DID, for which you are not getting any support or treatment. Are you still seeing the same psychiatrist who thinks this is psychosis?
Until you see a professional who has knowledge and experience with dissociative disorders, then this pattern will keep repeating itself. The other alters become active for whatever reason (it could be the time of year that major traumas happened, or other triggers in the environment), and the dissociative barriers lift a little bit, so you become aware of each other. But then it sounds like they return to a dormant state, and you forget that they exist.
Maybe it would be useful for you to look at your many past posts on this forum describing similar experiences when the people in you "woke up" before. If these are alters, then these people are as important as you, and have needs as important as yours, and this isn't going to ever
really go away. When they are quiet for a period of time, they still exist, and still have needs that aren't getting met, and some of them are likely still living in trauma time and feeling pain from that.
You can try to find a DID therapist here:

Many therapists are currently seeing people remotely, so even if you don't find someone close to you, you might still be able to see them. Or you can ask them for referrals that might be closer to you. You can also see someone for a consultation to at least get an expert opinion on what's going on, and they might be willing to speak with your psychiatrist as well.
